We greatly value your satisfaction of our apparel and we want to accommodate you as best as we can. Though we do not accept returns, you may exchange your item for another item of equal value or more within one week of receipt in original condition, tag-attached. Any worn items received will be mailed back at the buyer's expense.
To initiate an exchange, send us an email and let us know what you purchased and which product you'd like to exchange it with. We will then email you a discounted USPS return label (you will be charged only once the label is used) or you may choose to mail the item using the carrier of your choice. Include a copy of your invoice in the package and indicate the original and exchange product. If you do not have your invoice, be sure to include a slip with your name and order number inside your package in order for your return to be properly processed.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your mailed item. Once approved, your exchanged product will be mailed to you and if your new item is of greater value than your original item, your original method of payment will be charged the difference.
